The Breast Cancer Survivor Community has always been a source of strength and inspiration for me. A very strong, brave woman has once again broadened the scope of my little dream and reminded me that there are also more than just cancer survivors out there.
I now hope that the ‘Also A Survivor” Community will continue to grow outside the boundaries of Cancer.
Whether you are a survivor of Domestic Violence, Stroke, Addiction, HIV/Aids, Spinal Cord Injury, Heart Disease, Victims of 9/11, Lupus, Tsunami… we are all survivors. We now join together “Life Survivors”. People who have survived an incredible challenge and have not let that challenge change who they are.
I look forward to hearing from each and every one of you and have your stories continue to inspire myself as well as others.
